it was probally a training session to teach new employees how to handle supervised traffic.

One never knows, had a mechanical stop sign in the middle central northern Maine two summers ago with my cuz and we waited and waited for this thing to change, had a few smokes, a cooling drink of water and nothing. after about a half hour we said french it, we went on semi-slowly. Road was washed out four miles down the road, there was nobody around and we just went back found a gas station and went around, we both, being from Boston were pissed, but backwoods Maine near the Moose head lake region is out there compared to other parts of NE.
