Try doubling down on a few hits of Metamucil over the course of a few days. I'll bet you can blow an easy 20 pounds of impacted red meat out of your bowels.

Is that what you've been doing? Is that you in your sig pic? If it is, I think I'll stay away from Metamucil !!!
Does anyone question the validity of a guy joining a forum and posting this as his first question? Seems a little suspicious to me........
However, keep em' coming........
Shakey
Yeah... he should have known that there would be people here more interested in insulting him than answering his clearly-stated question. Don't think he needs any weight advice from members here, unless you're his doctor. How many people here smoke, drink alcohol or have diabetes? Let's insult them too...

I don't need to grow a pair, they're just fine... nothing in your first remark comes across as you were 'ribbin', though many of your posts after that make it clear you're an axxhole.
If you can't answer someone's legitimate question without being a jerk, don't post. While you attack the guy for being overweight, clearly you don't have that problem... with your brain. Since you're such a hard-core Harley guy, spend a little less time in front of your computer and more time riding.

Yeah, you need to grow a pair. Read the posts, Homie. Can't ride right now, recovering from two surgeries as permanent titianium was implanted into my leg and foot due to a texter. Totaled my SG (sig) and the car.
However, I hobbled into HD on crutches and bought a 2012 that will be delivered in a week or so, courtesy of that texter.
You go ride... If I could, I would.
Hardcore? I haven't seen that word used in this entire thread.
Cowboy up!

Wow just saw this thread , too funny. Since when is saying a 330 lb man is overweight attacking him. 330 lbs by any definition is overweight. The poster saying BP deserved what he got from the texter is a ****in idiot. To the OP ,I had a friend in NY named big mike about 20 years ago. He weighed over 600 lbs and rode his bike everywhere.
