Speaker Lids? Decisions, decisions

Yeah, I've pretty much decided that lid speakers won't cut it down here in rainy season. I'm now thinking either a pair of 6x9s side mounted in the bag or another pair of 6.5s in lower fairings. The problem with that is the fairings will be over $500 without speakers, and I'm not sure I even want them on with the Fl heat. Tough decision!
