You can save a lot of money and get the same, if not better, quality parts by staying out of that screaming eagle catalog. I would go with a stage 1, (intake, tuner, exhaust) first and see how you like that. You may be completely satisfied. That 103 is a hell of a motor. Congrats on your new ride!
His understanding of a stage II kit is spot on. The only difference between a stage 1 and 2 is the addition of cams.

To the OP, make sure you have a shop that not only dyno tunes, but has a knowledgeable person doing the tuner. You will be amazed how much a proper tune will wake up the bike.....especially on a cam swap.

Let me be more clear then, MikeBaby.... When he says that he will get 100 Hp and 80 Torque, THAT is incorrect. I just wanted to tell the OP that he might want to watch out for the dealer mechanics fulling him full of crap. So, no offense intended. Its silly to spend 1000's on the dealer installing a Stage 2 if you can put the Stage 1 on yourself and be pumped about the gains. Cams are ok, but depending on the year, those chains will start to wear out quicker with the new cams. Twin cam itself has a terrible cam placement design.

Buuuuuuut..... I will ride my SG till it blows up! And, I will be doing cams when I get back to the states!

Doesnt matter what displacement the engine is 88 -95-103-107-110ci (you can have a 88 stage 1, 103 stage 1, 103 stage 3 etc)
Basic description of performance "Stages"
Stage 1 is High Flow A/C, Pipes,Tuner or Remap ECM
Stage 2 is High Flow A/C, Pipes, Tuner or Remap ECM and Cams
Stage 3 is High Flow A/C, Pipes and Tuner or Remap ECM, Cams and heads

A properly thought out Stage 2 upgrade on a factory 103 will make about or better than 100/100

This is a a dyno graph from Jamie at Fuel Moto of a Stage 2 103 making 100hp / 113tq

A good tune with the right cam choice will wake up a stock engine and IMO cams are the best bang for your $.
