Are you familiar with Ronnie's Harley Davidson?
The web site has the microfiche with pictures of your bike by year and model.
If you have a 2000 Roadglide FLTR then the part you may need might be #29 but look at picture/diagram first...part number 33718-82..
* AFTER ADDING TO CART YOU WILL SEE PART NUMBER looks like a $40 part

Is this the shift arm on the front of the case?
Have not seen anyone here broke it before.
Did the shaft bind in the case?
Where did it break?

I thought it was odd also..not an intense amount of strength required for that part..Maybe it was the ball/knuckle that broke since that is much more common but then you can always use a shoelace to wrap-it and get home...but he circled the arm? maybe it stripped the splines?

After looking at the pic again, looks like it's the alloy tranny shift shaft arm. The front arm is steel right?

IIRC, inner primary comes off to replace the shifter arm on your bike (same as mine).

Maybe you could get the broken one off with a dremmel and get one of these?
