2012 roadglide custom i love this thing, but stock shield didnt do much but it did look sharp. tried a 8 inch winvest and though it did much better i still wanted to get a taller one. ended up putting a 12 inch vstream national cycle on. i know the darker screens look better on it but i wanted to go clear so could see a bit better at night. about 100 miles on it and i think its gona work ok for me.
Hope it works for you. Looks similar to the one we tried on our new Road Glide and promptly got rid of it. With those "cut outs" for lack of a better word, on the sides, the wind was directed right past our ears. It was bad for my husband, but for me as a passenger it was AWFUL. I just started riding as a passenger after giving up my own bike and i had to tell him if he kept that windshield I would be forced to wear a full face helmet, or not ride, it was THAT BAD. It wasn't just the wind NOISE, it produced a horrible pulsating in my ears. My husband said it was pretty bad for him as well, but definitely was worse for a passenger.
I hope this does not happen for you - just sharing MY experience. We ended up with a Windvest, which I have heard both good and bad reviews on, and it's perfect. And that's what it's all about - finding what's perfect for YOU! Good luck!

I have a new RG on the way and was wondering about windshields too. What size is your shield and how tall is you husband? Thanks.

The windshield we finally settled on is a Windvest, and is 15". Hubby is 5'-10". He said it's the perfect height - he can just see over it. And like I said, for me, the passenger behind him (at 5'-4"), I get plenty of wind in the face - just right - but it isn't directed right by my ears and no "pulsating" that was very annoying with that other shield that had the "cut out" sides.
