Seems to me there was some other similar gripes about this company a couple of weeks ago. If this is a habit with them, then Injekter's idea makes sense. As long as it's factual, NOT a rant!

PLEASE SEE my post in General HD Chat, I would never simply blast a company if a product failed and they stood behind it.
Missing pipes are pictured below, also posted pics in my original thread of the issues.
I can honestly say Ive only ever done one that I regretted. The original re-upholstry job on my mustang seat. The changes he did for comfort were great, but I hated the design within weeks of doing it. My fault. I got so taken in by the embossed look my upholsterer had done on other seats, i went batshit with it on mine. My own design, not his fault, but I hated it very soon after. Just too cheezy looking and contrived. Poor design work on my part. (the large letters are mine and my wifes initals)
Pretty much $600 down the crapper, other than the comfort mods he did were perfect.
Fast forward a few years, and I had him re-do it with something else I designed, that I think looks a lot more classy. Although I did have him leave the embossing in the center panel of the drivers backrest. Second time around set me back $750. (there are over 48 individual pieces he had to cut and assemble to make the new covers)
Wow. Hey, at least you fess up to it. That's pretty righteous of you. The newer version looks great.
A good general rule, I've found: Never put anything you intend to be good looking where your **** goes.
My absolute worst was upgrading my 2017 Fatboy S with S&S lifters, adjustable pushrods, 585 cam and premium oil pump.
All work was done by SPEEDS PERFORMANCE PLUS at Bike Week.
Before SPEED'S PERFORMANCE PLUS got their hands on the bike, it ran great. After they got their hands on the bike, it ran like **** and the engine finally blew.
SPEED'S PERFORMANCE PLUS took a great bike and turned it into junk.
Yeah, I had the curved license plate holder on my FLHT. The chrome turned to crap in under two years, even with the bike in the garage. I figured, anybody can have a bad day, so I bought another. It lasted less than a year before the chrome turned to crap. I won't be buying another. On the other hand, I have their trigger levers , and they've held up quite well for over 10 years now. QC seems rather spotty.
The worst upgrade I ever made was the aftermarket exhaust system. It was way too loud for no more performance gain that i got. All the other upgrades that I have done were well worth the money to me.
