My 98" bagger has 108hp and 111tq, with 105tq @ 2500 rpm. Have a D&D Fatcat with ghost pipe on it runs great, does have the "dip" in torque just over 3k, but you dont feel it. I have no comparison with the True Duals.
My 88" Softail has cams, Mikuni, crane ignition & Coil with an RB Racing pipe, it has to be the happiest bike I've ridden. Dynoed just for fun if I remember it was low 90's.
We had to put new exhaust on my Wifes Sprty, she liked the looks of the 2 into1, so we put one on hers too!
PuttNut nice ride, wish I would have went with the RB for the bagger too.

those seem like impressive numbers in that 98" to me, but then again I'm still learning. That kind of power is what I aspire to have some day.
So, it seems like a little HP is sacrificed for alot more torque with the 2:1. Grbrown stated that he lost 1 HP but gained 15 torque when he went 2:1. That seems worth it to me. And I bet that made a seat of the pants difference as well.
I have always liked the sound of the bassani 2:1 systems. I am becoming partial to fuel motto lately and would consider one if their systems a well. But now I have a few more to check out.

That was at something over 6,000rpm, on an S&S engine! I don't think I will ever run it that fast in real life, certainly haven't in the five years I've owned it so far. However the improvement in torque is an everyday experience.
What was a surprise is that the engine is much smoother and sweeter running than with TDs. That is not the sort of thing I expected, so I have improved performance plus a much nicer ride.

Just so you have some additional info: I got very similar numbers from my 95" motor with Rinehart TD's (104hp/109tq). Tuning has everything to do with the numbers and the difference (2 lb/ft ) between my motor and that 98" motor would go unnoticed when riding.
