Well thought i was going to install my new Auto tune this weekend but wait the 02 bungs are to small WTF. I guess i should have done more reasearch on this. I just cant understand why a product that was made for 2010 and later harley davidson touring models would come setup for 18mm 02 bungs when the new bikes are all 12mm? let me just go out back to my tool shed and fire up the mig welder and weld these 18mm bungs in no problem rite and plug off the factory ones.anyone who is thinking of adding a Autotune to there pcv setup make sure you check the 02 bungs for the correct size so you dont get the wind taken out of your sail like i did. I was able to get an appointment at a local shop in town and for $150 they will install the new bungs and wire up the Autotune for me. I normally will do most of my own work however the welding part is something im not going to do myself that metal is way to thin and will burn through very easy if you dont know what your doing with the heat. ok im done
'09 headpipe might work for you...Has the 18 mm bungs up by the exhaust port. Or you could buy an X-Pipe from FuelMoto.
And yes, your homework assignment is to do your your homework. Much can be learned from regular use of the "SEARCH" button. JFWY...It'll all work out, somehow.
One more thing. This was in no way a jab at dynojet im sure i will be vary happy with the autotune. I do love my pcv . I just wish this was made a little more clear on there website or packaging. Ok now im done Ride safe

After I put my PCV on and researching ATs I concluded the 18mm bungs up by the exhaust port gives a better reading than down by the tranny. Since mine has the smaller bungs down below and they are currently plugged with bolts, in the future I will either find me a header with no cat that has the bungs up high, or go with an FM SS header with bungs already in place. Then install the AT. Right now my PCV is doing what I want it to, giving me real good mileage so its staying right where it is. I need to make wiser choices with my cycle purchases and may just spend the $ on sound or do nothing. Anyway my point is, to include thorough product knowledge before making any improvements so there will be no surprises like your mentioning. Asking lots of questions and pull a lot of pics up from various websites.....let us know how it turns out.
$150 to weld a couple O2 bungs? Look in the for sale section for a 2009 headpipe. Bet you can find one for $100 or less shipped and you will know the bung has been installed and mounted correctly so the sensor is in the exhaust stream.
The problem isn't with FuelMoto or DynoJet--the problem is the companies that make O2 sensors don't make the necessary wideband O2 sensor in the 12mm variety.
That may change in the future, as the 12mm O2 sensors become more popular, but for now, if you want the wideband sensor, you need to go to the 18mm and either buy a 2009 headpipe for your 2010-up bike, or take your headpipe off and have a couple 18mm bungs welded in.
If you go to an exhaust shop, shouldn't be more than about 20-40 bucks to have the bungs welded (especially if it's a small shop & you pay in cash).
Make sure if you have the pipe welded that the sensors are in the right place, auto tune O2 sensors need to be a certain distance from the head. I agree with the others, if it will fit, buy an 09 head pipe. I went with a whole new exhaust that already had all the fittings, (Dragos Dragula).
