Noticing the front tire is noisy only when turning left at high speeds. Seems to be fine to the eye. Not worn abnormally, no cracking. Should i be concerned?
I assume you hear it on a left curve and goes away when you straighten up? tire has slight feathering or brake pad riding on rotor. Raise front and make sure there is no drag or loose hub, if not normal deal. Does noise go away if brake is lightly applied? It may be too late for your front tire, but may want to run 40-41 PSI in front tire.

Mine usually starts doing that at around 10k-maybe a little more. I ride it for about 7k more miles then replace it. I'm on my 5th front tire and the first 4 all did it. I've only got 5k on this one, so I have about 5k more quiet miles left.
When leaned either way mine makes a slight howling sound. But it's normal as tires become worn so it doesn't bother me. Not sure what would cause your tire to be noisy only on left turns though?

Some say road crown causes more wear on the left side of the front tire.

I have 9200 miles so may just be wear? I will lift it up and check tonight for any brake drag.
