Had the same problem with my 09 EGC with laced wheels. Mine did it at a little higher speed about 70mph. Twice under warranty the front wheel was replaced. Never had any trouble with the third wheel but decided to change to cast recently. The bike is much more stable and feels much smoother. I paid the $450 for the laced wheel option because they look fantastic. I wouldn't do it again.

How'd the known good wheel swap thing work out?

Didn't get a chance yet. I am trying to figure out how to lift my bike and my brother's with only one jack...The bike is still at the dealer today anyway. I plan to take it tomorrow, fixed or not...A week in the shop is long enough...I am hoping for a few more ideas. If the wheel swap doesn't do it, I don't have a clue what to do...

If it is at the dealer, why not ask the dealer to make the switch?
At this point he might try anything, and it wouldn't cost much for him to try a different wheel.

I asked them this morning. Not sure if the did it yet or not. I should know tomorrow morning. If they didn't try it (not sure why they wouldn't) I will do it myself Saturday night...

New front tire replaced under warranty 2 weeks ago seems to have cured my wobble. For now.

Can you get the dealer to remove a know good front wheel assembly off another bike and install it on yours to see how it works?
