All screwed up
Been workoing midnight shift for the last 3 weeks. First two no problem. Here it is week 3, my night off and the only entertainment is reading HDForum at 2:30am. Could think of lots worse.

I've been rotating shifts for close to 11 years now. I'm up now, 4 am, getting ready to go in on dayshift, starting at 6 am, after working off of 3rd shift last Thursday at 6 am. We work 7 day shifts and get a couple of days off and then rotate to the next shift. The longest break is between 1st and 2nd shift, 3 days. The break between 2nd and 3rd is only 48 hours. Man it can really beat you up sometimes, don't it!

I found that when you work those hours it is best when you get off work to stay up and do your normal daily activities as usual and get your sleep before you go to work. This is were your family comes in play they have to work with you be quiet less noise etc etc...Good Luck
