I have WO 577's on my '09 Ultra and don't like the height. I want to go shorter but still be higher than stock. I am looking at the WO 575's but in pictures they don't seem much different than stock although the charts say they are 2.5" taller. Opinions from those who have them???
Check out the link below. A fellow member posted some good before and after pics of the WO575s. This post helped me a lot in deciding to go with the 575s. The pics are about the 4th post down in the thread.

for me, hey relieved neck pain and provide a slightly wider and higher stance. i am happy with them on my limited. we are all nuts though - you are thinking about going lower and i have sometimes wondered if i went high enough. i will stick with them though as i don't need them enough for the hassle of the other components that need to be switched if i were to go to the 577's
Put them on last summer and no regrets. When trying to get the proper fit on the bike, many things come into play and bars are just one. The seat height and fore/aft position, bars, foot pegs and backrest all play a part and you want to put together a combination that "plays well together". I like mine; Mustang Widetouring w/ backrest, Wild 1 575, short angled pegs
575's are not a huge change from stock height but they are noticeably wider. The 578's are new and inbetween the 575's and 577's in height. If you make the change, I would be interested in the take-offs. Have the 577's on my SG and have been looking for a set for my Ultra.

I agree the 575 are 10" Bagger Bars and the 578 are 10" Bagger Ape Hangers.
They did not make the 578s when I bought mine or that's the way I would have gone then and now.
I was disapointed that the 575 weren't much taller than stock.
Here is a picture of me on my last bike with the 575s as high as they will go.
He is a picture of me with 12 Apes (a lot more than 2" difference)

Definitely making a change over the next couple of weeks, selling the 577's and will keep you in mind.
