whats the avg. life of Touring 12V Batt..?

My '09 went south in two years, but my '05 lasted 4. It's a crap shoot, both bikes were on a tender when not in use.

I got 3 yrs 10 mos-72,000 mi.

I just replaced it last week. I'll be replacing it in 3 yrs with that Deka or equivalent.

05 Road King, 22,000 miles, 7 years old, on a "Battery Tender" when not being used,
Still have stock battery in bike.
Now... with that said... its gonna fail....

I had a LT BMW that was eating batteries every 5 or 6 months. Put it on the Battery Tender and the last battery several years before I got rid of it.
