Take a little acetone and melt styrofoam in it until it becomes thick. Apply it on the threads of your antenna and guaranteed it wont vibrate loose any more. It will still break loose if you torque it open but it sure wont vibrate loose. Dries clear too.

I must be a pessimistic old sob. I figure that at the dealer there is the highest concentration of people who know how everything works and is attached to any of the machines. I religiously lock up my stuff when I stop in there. Anybody there could unscrew my antenna because there is no way to lock that. When on a trip and I park over night, I have to take off the antenna myself anyway as I have one of the pre-antenna flap covers. What a great idea that was, but a new cover before I need one is too expensive.
