Yes, the HD part number for the cover 48035-09. Confirm to be certain though.
I believe my 09 uses the same Docking Hardware as your 2013 will. It's an easy 15 minute bolt on install. Mine pictured is the 4 point version which independently allows the attachment of the backrest (clicks on the front spool) and luggage rack (clicks on rear spool).
