Ok, so for those that went Fox Creek and ordered online, how is the sizing? Run small/big?I'm a little apprehensive about ordering something I can't try on until after I bought it. I know I can send it back for exchange/refund, but that is a PITA.

My order was done by phone.
I was a bit worried ordering over the phone too, at first.... They asked for some measurements...wife did the measuring..told her the results and she told me right away which size I'd take. She also said, when it arrives and it's not fitting, to return it at there cost and they will send a smaller/larger. The excellent Fox Creek customer service i read about on varies forums including this one made me feel like it's all good and i went ahead and ordered it. Arrived 3-4 days later and fit like a glove and didn't have to exchange it for another size. I wont hesitate ordering from them again.

Its worth the extra bucks for a jacket from HD. They are well made with heavy snaps and zippers. Leather Riding jackets, unless you outgrow them, will last a lifetime if it quality leather and put together well.
I'm starting to see a problem. too many - best you can buy statements!

Buy a crap leatherup jacket ...
The very best are horsehide jackets made by aero of scotland followed by Langlitz.
Personally - I'd take a close look around you. Judge the quality of the leather used and then decide. I think many have never held a good quality jacket in their hands. When you do it all becomes a little clearer.

I think the HD jackets are a little steep. Have a guy I work with and he crashed while wearing his HD jacket at about 60 miles an hour, nothing got through his jacket. The jacket has some wear spots but did not penetrate the leather.
I have the HD WillieZ with the removable thermal liner, vents, and the arms are removable with zippers so I can use it as a vest too(although I rarely use this feature). Mine is 6 years old and I'm very happy with it... nice heavy thick leather.
Bought the FXRG 4 years ago. Bought it off Ebay from St. Paul HD a few days (weeks?) after Harley announced the next generation FXRG model. They marked it down BIG TIME! I've heard people warn about the zipper so I have been careful. Zipper is lifetime warranty though and I'll have a higher quality zipper put in if necessary. So far it has been perfect. Jacket has armor, waterproof, super warm, vents, pockets, zip out liner (that I never put back in after first cold season), super comfortable, great fit, love the looks of it. I would totally buy it all over again and expect it to be a lifetime purchase.
Got a HD Nevada jacket off eBay last month. Only worn it twice put seems like a very nice jacket. Great interior pocket system, vents, snap out liner, only HD ads are on the snaps. Think it will be a great jacket!
