Try www.drivinguniversity.com I have used this far too many times, reasonably priced, and the final test was taken at my local library to get the certificate. I'm in Virginia, so you will need to make sure they have a final test location in your area for it to be cost effective.

With my spedo being off slightly, I would have had to have been showing 68mpg on my speedo to be clocked at 65 (speedo 3 mpg off) in a 50 zone. There is no way....
The cop comes back and says, "I gave you a break. Instead of $266, it's only $166. and 3 points instead of 4."
So instead of heading the HD dealer to buy some goodies, I turn around go home and now I'm trying to figure out how to take an online driving school and pay this ticket. Not getting any ticket in 25 years, have no clue where to begin.
Enough of my rant, gotta start searching the web to figure out payment/school.
No previous record, go to dmv, get cert copy of your record, go to trial, explain to judge what you said here. Then plead not guilty. Some times our judge will put the offense on record for 6 months pending no further violations. After 6 months, offense didn't happen.
Sure is worth a shot.
I would plead not guilty....many things can happen. Cop may be on vacation, you never can tell. Judge may turn it into a stop sign ticket. If you send your money you will never know.
Sounds like it's his word against yours. Only problem is that the judge doesn't give a **** about your word.
I agree here.
Well, I just took the online course and it's timed, $35bucks 4 hours. Meaning you cannot just cruise through it. So as I finished off a course I had time to spare, I went out and changed the oil/filter. Finished off a 2nd course, did the primary.. 3rd course, clutch adjustment. I completed the course, took the online test and bam.. 97.5%, missed one question.
Time for a BEER.

Fight that sucker, the worst that can happen is you lose and end up in the same boat you are in now. I always seem to get lucky and let off with a warning but my wife loves to argue and always ends up pissing the cop off. Needless to say she has been to traffic court a few times, every time it has been reduced or dismissed. If you dress appropriatly and have a decently prepared defence it usually turns out at least somewhat better than the initial ticket.

See, that's where they got you. You should have had a beer between each course. The instructor probably would have helped you work on your bike and all it would have cost you would be a six pack.
Before you do anything, call the court and ask what you can do to keep it off your record. It may as easy as that if you have a clean record. You can choose to fight it, but speeding tickets are hard to beat. The particular court you are dealing with will know your options, and should tell you, much better than anybody on this forum. (every court/judge is different, or can be.)
check the back of the ticket for choices. In WA, we are allowed to ask for a deferred sentence. It is up to the Judge to grant it. I had a good record, so I paid $100 fine and it I got not other moving violation tkts for 1 yr, that speeding tkt goes away. If not, I get a double whammy. If you can do Classes to get it taken away, even better.
