I have to give credit where it is due. Rinehart impressed me today. I have True Duals Xtreams with 3.5 mufflers on my bike yesterday when getting a rear tire noticed the "P" clamp that holds the crossover pipe to the back under the bike was broke. I tried to find the part number to order a new one... I probley broke it on the dragon tail ....by the scrapes on the bottom of the pipes. So I Emailed Rinehart customer service to get the part number and order a new clamp. The Responce I got 30 Mins later was "just need you name and address and we will send you one out."
I sent back the info nad 30 mins later got a new email that said "Thanks It's on the way"
No questions, no asking for recipt, where I bought them or anything. Things like that make a customer for a long time in my book.
Thanks again Rinehart!!!
