Yup, I don't have a car, i'm a full time biker. I use my bike everywhere I go.. so mpg is pretty important for me.

Probably so, I tried a couple different maps, none really seemed to change anything. The o2 sensors were still hooked up.

I'm wondering if the EPA mandated winter blend fuel affects it that much. My Electra's mpg took a major hit lately. I'm only getting mileage in the low 30's. No bitter cold here in central Florida. Normally I'd get around 40 mpg.

My now departed '07 Fat Boy -- modded out the kazoo -- got 12-15 around town and about 35 on the freeway at 75mph...

My mileage dropped to 36 mpg when they went to the winter blend. Still better than my car or truck.

That was just a bad tune, or else you sit in dead stop traffic for hours bliping the throttle.

on a 07 the 02 sensors should have terminator caps installed on the 02 wires for the use of power commander.my 07 runs fine without the pc UNTILL it gets hot then the ping stumble and surging come into play,if u have a pc then use the closest map map u can find,UNPLUGG THE 02 SENSORS AND ADD THE TERMINATER CAPPS.if u still have any problems get it on a dyno with a GOOD operator.no 2 same year and make harleys run the same or get the same milage,so don't worrie so much about what others claim they get,when i hear my bagger gets 50+mpg i just wonder how long till they melt holes through the pistons.
