Default No throttle after Mini Apes
Uggh, got my WO578's on with my new painted inner fairing and all ready to start it up and the darn throttle doesn't work. Electrical issues here we go.

You have throttle by wire, fly by wire, or whatever the new crap is called??

i would assume that's the case, as no throttle is pretty straight forward if it's cable powered... Myself, i know there's newer and more better and all that, but i like my old 2000 RK with the old fasioned throttle cables and stuff.

Yes I have a 2012 SG. I think they call it throttle by wire

Did you install it yourself? Sounds like either the grip isn't pushed on all the way or the wiring isn't correct...

Yes we did put them on and pulled the wires through. All lights, blinkers, everything, but the throttle. So we checked the connector and its all tight. The grip I believe is pushed on all the way. They are only 10 inch bars so we did not have to cut any wires or anything

Yeah, could be grip. Pull the grip off, and just twist the TBW gear....

Try to work the throttle with the grip off as the other mentioned...
