Two quick questions
My last set of slip ons I could not get the left side to stay put. HD told me they were (like mentioned) a one time use so replaced it with new. Same problem. Had a hole drilled through pipe and slip on and used a pop rivet. Problem solved.
most pop rivets are aluminum.
watch for it degrading
even a steel rivet can wear
then you get slop
and if you get filings or junk inside your headers that is not good

OK, all done. I still have to put the PCV in but the pipes and filter are on..... AND LOOK AWESOME....the Ventilator is nice, smaller and out of the way, the street canons with the black and chrome end caps look great. I'll put some pics up after I clean up the work area and try to get some lighting. It hard to take pics in my garage, I have bright work lighting and they over expose.
