I installed an inner primary on my 06 Dyna and it wasnt all that bad since I had the service manuel. When I bought my new 07 Ultra earlier this week I had them figure in a stage II 103" kit into my final prive and it was appx 1,500 parts and labor. They are gonna install it later this week. Im still deliberating on a good looking and good performing exhaust.

I decided to do it myself.
Ordered all the parts from Zanottis at 20% off.
Used my service manual and took me ~3 hours--1st one I have done.
It really was easy. Make sure you have some good torque wrenches and a breaker bar for the compensator bolt.
No fuss, no leaks, and saved some cash.
