Susoension noises
I have a 2011 Ultra Classis with the HD Profile® Low Touring Shocks on the rear. I also have a lowering kit for the shocks which are set at position 1, which is the smallest adjustment on the kit. I usually run the shocks at 35-40 lbs of air. When riding, on a variety of bumps, and not all the time, the left side makes a clunking noise, like the shock is bad and the bike seems to bottom out. It happens when I am alone & also when my wife is on the back. I have checked all the fittings and they seem to be ok & the shocks are holding the air.
Any ideas?

I wonder if the shocks are topping out ?
I use the same shocks on my 09 FLHTC- solo at 235#( with gear), no tourpak...I run 7 to 10 pounds pressure.( no lowering kit)
otherwise check the surety of your lowering kit install and shake the bike...anything bouncing in the saddlebag? muffler or saddlebag mounts tight?
