Fuel plate ground wire
I broke the end on this ground wire that attaches to the fuel filter and solenoid while changing the fuel filter. My local dealer tells me that it's not a part that's available separately....and I need a whole new fuel plate assembly. Any thoughts on where I could get that little connector? Or maybe a HD part number for it? If it helps it's a 08 Road Glide.

Hi Ben and welcome to HDF from the UK. Your dealer is not a lot of help, but then these days they don't seem to show any initiative. I bet he's got a dead plate assembly out the back you could have that wire off! It isn't shown as a separate part, either as a wire or connector. How about an auto parts store? My local one has a lot of odd stuff under the counter! You may have to improvise.
