Saddlebag theft...where?

Y'all got me paranoid, so I went out in the shop to do my own fix. Removed the wire clip thingie, ran a 3/8-16 Stainless Button Head Allen bolt with a flatwasher through from the inside and capped the other end with a flatwasher and lock nut. Just the front hole on each bag. Took about 15 minutes, including gathering.

My buddy's bags got stolen right outside of his job in Gardena, Ca. This stuff really pisses me off but you can't stop idiots from being idiots unless you kill em.
