P1651 code ? what is it

A P1651 code shows on my bike and can`t find anything on it keeps comin up just put bike battery in in after sitting all winter anybody know what it is

Without looking the code up....I think it has something to do with your lights...Pretty sure I got this code after installing LED type light....Do a goggle for that code.
