have Rush Big Louie with 2.25 and am replacing with the 2.0. Got the new baffles today. Went to switch and the 2.25 came out no problem. Install was not easy. Ended up tapping with a mallet and piece of wood up against the cross bar. Did the left and took much longer than anticipated. Had to mow the yard so doing the right tomorrow. Any hints?

How old are they? I had to switch mine out after I changed the headpipe to a catless model and it was a piece of cake. Had to tap it in but was smooth as a hot knife through butter...hope you get the other side done without any added troubles.
