Turn a Classic into a classic
I got them from another member in the forum classifieds...they're apparently H-D accessory bags that have been discontinued. They mount the same as the stock bags, have a rigid plastic back with shock cut-outs, and a metal frame around the inside top to retain the shape. The only thing I don't like is the lack of quick-release buckles...guess I'm kinda spoiled being able to open the bags quickly to throw something in.
I'll try to get some more detailed pics of the bags (interior, etc.) when I get home.

Even though she's up for sale I couldn't resist adding the fender light. It was hard to drill a hole in the fender but I think it was worth it.

I'm not into studs but I really like those bags.
Piece of cake actually. Light is for the Heritage Springer. 2 holes. I used a speed square on each side of the fender to find center. The bulb keepd you from just holding it in place. You will need 3 holes. 2 screws and one for the bulb socket. Around $50 from the dealer.
