I wanted to go with an aftermarket headunit so I could use an iPod easily. I liked the looks of the Hawg Wired mount better than the Biketronics, so that's what I ordered to trade it out. I have a a Sony DSX-2010X head unit.
New kit came in yesterday so I decided to throw it in this afternoon. I got everything installed and flipped the bike on.... Everything seems to work except I have no audio!!
I am running a Hogtunes amp and speaker system, so I checked that out, and it all seems to be working fine. I was looking at the Hawg Wired harness and notice that it only has inputs for the power, switched power and ground. It has no where to hook up the audio wires for the speakers.
Did I make a mistake? Does the Hawg Wired system only give you the ability to use handcontrols? Is it not plug and play like the Biketronics???
