There's always that crash bar with the pegs made into the top of them but they're not adjustable. Can't remember the brand name. They don't look bad IMO
This is what I was going to say. The company is called Lindby. I have purchased a bar from them and the quality was great.
I debated putting them on my Street Glide for the same reason, didn't want them sticking out there. I even bought them and returned them, then later went back and bought them again. I bought the HD ones that reach around the lowers but they are still out there. I put them very low so I can rest my heel on the board and my foot on the peg allowing me to stretch out. I can also just put my feet out on the pegs but the best position for me is just stretched out some with my heel on the board. The first few times I rode with them I would fold them up when I parked, now they're down all the time, I don't mess with them. When I look at the bike they look fine and natural, like they should be there. Like anything else, you get used to it and function over aesthetics always wins for me.
I broke down and bought a road glide. Its a bagger, its not that cool. its made for comfort for the long haul. Add highway pegs, i did and it is nice on a long haul. I dont even notice them.
Took off the crash bar .. Here is what I want and cant find them. In Jerome at the Spirit room. Guys bike out front.
Still looking for them.
They say Harley Davidson on the rubber foot part. I would think if there not HD brand there would be a problem with there name on it.
Im guessing there HD but you have to remove the crash bar . Thats were they mount. Maybe the discontinued them.

Kuryakyn mk 4 cruise arms is what I had on my fatboy. Same thing.
Rivco Products has what you want. They are part #HD005 for $139.95.
Excellent clamp and pretty much infinitely adjustable. I have mine mounted low (and inboard of the crash bar) so I can rest my heels on the floorboards, toes on the highways or feet on the highways...or even hang my feet over the pegs without slipping off.
The only thing I had to modify was drilling the hole slightly larger to accommodate the 1/2" stud on my H-D pegs. Easy-peasy.
Note: please don't ride through city traffic (like an asshat) with your feet up on your highways trying to look 'cool' - they're called 'highway pegs' for a reason.
