Thanks, my bike is actually an Ultra but, as you know there isn't much need for lowers or tourpacks here.

I don't think it is hammering the tranny, but if you down shift without the proper RPMs you can squeak the tire when you release the clutch. I do a slight blip, but nothing over the top. I think its alright if your downshifting.
