First, I tore my crossover gasket trying to fit it together. Went to H-D and bought a new gasket. Used the HF 1-3/4 pipe expander and it slid together easily.
1. I had and used the HF muffler pipe expander
2. Did not know about the need to replace the crossover gasket nor the anti-seize trick. Had I to do it over again, I could have probably figured out how to reuse the original gasket.
3. Did not know that Fuel Moto offered a full flow crossover piece. I felt they cheaped out on the header package by not including it or at least telling me it was available at a discount when they package was purchased. Bike runs fine without it, I just did not even know they offered it.
4. Added the Fuel Moto breather system and PowerVision at the same time.
5. Purchased the Quiet baffles as my neighbors told me my bike woke them up each morning at 5:30. I have not installed it yet as I am taking extra care to idle past their home. Between my long driveway, the entrance road and the main road, I do a full loop around their home each morning. It seems to be okay as long as I idle my way onto the main road. But now I have the quiet baffle on hand if it gets bothersome for them.
