Trans issue 2001 RK classic
Recently I was having trouble shifting from first to second, it wants to go into neutral then had to bump it again to get second. Now it doesn't hardly want to leave neutral at all. Once I can get it past N it shifts fine thru the range and back down to 1. I dumped fluid to have a look and its clean with no shavings on magnet. Bike has 33K .
Is there an adjustment that can be done or do I need major trans overhaul?

Start with clutch adjustment at the basket and then the cable. Do it while bike is cold. What fluids in tranny and primary are you running? Sometimes that can make a slight difference as well.
