I just installed Tmax RHTD's and Doherty AC on a '07 FLHX. The bike absolutelyRIPPS! I do have some popping on decel. I've only been able to put about 25 miles on because of the weather here in MN, so I'm hoping the auto-tune will correctafter more miles. So far though I am very happy with the overall performance.
I installed the V/h true duals,K&N air filter
and the T/M auto tune on my bike. It took me about
6 hours to install. I saved myself 600 bucks.
I set my T/M at 351. I get the decel popping as well.
I just placed an order at M&M for a set of RH true duals, a thundermax w/ autotune and a doherty machine a/c. I'll let people know if I run into any issues with my install. Most of what I've read is very positive which going off of the "only people with problems post" theory seems like a very good sign.
Zippers added a new map to their map list in March for the Rinehart true duals like map 351 only set up richer in the lower RPMs. It's map 370. They added this to address the decel poping issue.
Just got my TM AT today. Still need to open the box.
Any recommendatins on what MAP to start out with for 07 Heritage softtail, VH Big Radius, Ness Big Sucker.
First eliminate all intake and exhaust leaks, then;
Enable overide, set target AFR to 12.5, reinitialize and ride a least 5 sessions without using cruise control.
Enable overide, set target AFR to 12.7 etc... if your decel popping went away with the richer mixture and then returns at some point in the leaning process, you should have a pretty good idea what AFR will be needed to get the desired results.

I'm having some problems including decel popping with my new t-max. It was installed and set up by my HD dealer. I have been able to install the software on my laptop and read the base map. The question is, it's a filename. How do you get the info on what map number it is? Also, where/how are you guys getting maps by map number?
