the contract is very specific at 3/32". of course, as a service writer, you know that readings are taken at several spots, with the lowest spot as the criteria.

Anything below 3/32 is what ESP told me today along with they will come out to check tire. Although the guy I delt with today was a real a---ole! I stand corrected.

Got a flat on a trip in Oregon.
Stopped at the Coo's Bay dealer and noticed a screw,no I did not do what the other guy said to do!

Luckily they had a front in stock but I did not have my card.They said they had no way to look it up.,so I had to pay the $300 up front.
By the time I was able to get my card number ,the ESP office was closed.
Took care of it the next morning and got a full refund.No deductible.
