Brake noise ???

It is possible to have brake squeal/noise when just deceling at slow speeds without actually applying the brakes themselves? This usually seems to happen only at real slow speeds and maybe 1st or 2nd gear and doesn't happen all the time.

Same thing happen to me when I was camping. I think it's sand or dirt that gets between the pads and rotors. I went to a self car wash and sprayed the brakes, made sure to spray the rotor and calipers good.[/align]
