On a 103? My personal recommendation is a Tman Torqster 555 set of cams. That. or a Torque Inc set of cams.

Just put a 103 kit on my 08 roadglide that already had 255's in it and runs ok. These bike are major slow but do what they are supposed to and do it well. I knew going in putting in the big bore kit was not going to do much. I very seldom run my bike up to 4000rpms and all the way to Strugis a 1600 mile ride I only turned like 2600 to do 70 to 73mph. That is where I like to ride my bike and at them revs it pulls ok thanks to the early intake closing. Got a buddy that has a 124" that runs really well but I would not trust it on a long trip and for what he has in it money wise I could buy ZX1400 and don't care what cams crank heads pipe pistons or who you had dyno a harley it will never run like the ZX. He says he can out run one on take off but is full of chit because on a street tire and a heavy bike like a harley you might get a 1.85 60ft time and a ZX1400 will have like a 1.45 60ft so where would a mean harley ever be in front of it NEVER. Moral of the story is if you want power and you bought a harley you bought the wrong bike. Oh yeh I would not trade my 08 Roadglide for 2-ZX's. And the drag strip is a whole lot more accurate than any dyno sheet.

Sure dynos are different but these numbers are pretty typical if you compare a few different sheets. So 57s give 10% more power than 255s and you don't think that is anything/much?. 225s just touch 100 at about 3700. 57s are over 100 ft lbs from about 2300 to 4700. I'd say that is were most folks ride and a big win for 57s. 225 is making about 85 ft lbs at 2300. 57s are hitting 100 ft. lbs. at 2300. How can you call 57s soft down low? Yes 57s are dropping off at 4000 but still over 100 at 4700 where 255 are at 90. They are mid-range cams but it is also about the stock heads at that point. Stock heads aren't gonna support 100 ft lbs much over 5500 no matter the cam. I just don't know how folks look at this stuff and don't believe??? Or do you really believe the numbers would somehow flip around at half throttle??
