I found this appears to be a binding arbitration system hope ya get worked out

Go after the MoCo, they are in USA where your bike came from. It's not the dealers fault.

called MoCo in USA they are not going to do anything in regards to this bike. The dealership that as my bike has done everything and then some to help me with this issue. To a point where give me back the bike and I will sell it get what I can and go back to Japanese model.

Sounds like jap bikes are in your comfort zone. I'd do just that because I don't think anything HD does is going to make you happy at this point.

its not a comfort zone its a frustration level. They should stand behind their product. It was two weeks old and this started. Now we are 30 months later and still not resolved. The issue is getting a band aid every time. They fix the result but not the problem.

30 months? So its not fixed? Still knocks? Does it run? How does it run? Still under warranty? Post a video I would like to see it too... Do you have any friends who ride, who are customers of the same dealer? Have them listen...
