You really aren't paying attention are you, it's a different ignition switch

amazes me how many people simply jump in a thread and start posting without reading the OP's question(s)

As mkguitar stated, 1) this is NOT a typical FLH ignition switch found on today's bikes and 2) this is an INT'L model bike.

As Mike suggested the left hand drill bit to remove the screws. Here's and even easier method. Get the "Grabit" stud removers. They are easier to use and find than the left hand twist drill bit. You won't confuse them down the road with your standard right hand twist drills.

Hi all, have read through and yes bars are loose. I can sit on bike and move backwards and forwards with a little pressure. I am not able to see pictures attached (not even my own) as forum says I do not have permission.
I have managed to tighten but took some bending of plastic but done. Ignition was not being nice.
Have put her back together but now have a short in wiring. With bat wing off lights fine. Put it back I have driving lights no headlight and high beam light is on. Another job for after work tonight.
Cheers all
