Getting back on the hangers has not been that big of a problem with mine, It's getting the plastic ribs on the side to interlock. Might be the inter faring bracket need to be adjusted or some thing on mine but it'snot coming back off to adjust now LOL
the trick is to remove the headlights after you remove the outer fairing, then you can look through the headlight holes to hang the fairing on install, the headlights will then just snap back in.
