No, the tmax can automatically tune your bike. I run the fuelpak (very happy) because I won't spend the $$ for a tmax (which is a great product). The fuelpack and PCV are manual tuners where you have to enter maps (software codes) that matches your engine, pipes, A/C combination. I think the fuelpack is more for adding and subtracting fuel.The PCV is more of a tuner from what I read.
