I've got a 2010 Ultra Limited that I've had the same CD in listening to every time I ride for over 2 years. Last weekend I made a copy of the CD for a friend of mine that got a new bike and I went to test the new CD and now no CDs will load. If I push the CD in (goes in pretty easily), it will eject when I turn the bike off and back on but no CDs will load at all. I'm sure I'm just screwed at this point but thought I would ask anyway. Anyone got any magic to fix this?
OK I am confused - you first say that a CD won't load, but then you say if you push the CD in it goes in easily?
Sorry for the confusion. It is supposed to suck the CD in as soon as you push it a bit past the opening. It does push in if I just push it in manually but it won't seat and start playing. It is like the motor to load the CD isn't working but the motor to eject still is.

Try this to reset the radio to factory defaults. NOTE: this will clear all of your station preset, and any custom settings you have.
● Turn the ignition ON with the radio OFF
● Push and hold softkeys 1 and 3 and OK for 2 seconds
● Push the arrow up 2 times
● Push softkey 2
● Turn off ignition for 20+ seconds
● Turn ignition on and verify all defaults have reset
The following are reset to the factory ROM defaults:
● Radio presets.
● volume levels, bass, treble, AVC, fader and VOX.
● Display contrast.
● External amplifier present is reset to no amplifier (if an
external amplifier is present, it will take two LONG ignition
cycles before the radio is set up to enable the external
amplifier).

You could also try removing your master fuse for a while. That will make the radio do a cold boot.
I got the unit to reset to factory. Actually had to hold 1 & 3 when radio was on and go through menu but did get reset. No luck. It acts like the load motor is out. Prob a new radio is the only fix.

Look at Amazon and buy a bluegate bluetooth adapter that plugs into the aux. port on the radio and stream your music and even navigation from your phone. I haven't played a CD since I got it. Cost 30 bucks.
