OEM oil pan. I've already pulled it once to make sure it was clean. No obstructions there either. I know I"ve missed something somewhere but I just can't find a blockage in the oil return path.

Did you ever find a solution? I had an issue not of sumping but what I thought was oil out the exhaust, after 3 sets of rings and ran it some than had it tuned, it was the high flow injectors flooding the cylinders. Just saying, maybe yours is going in the sump instead of out the pipes. Let us know!
