2014 street glide will not start after pulling it apart to have the inner fearing painted. Not sure if by unplugging all of the gauges and radio, etc if it's throwing some sort of code. The fuel pump will cycle, and the gauges light up, but when the start button is pressed, nothing. Not sure what to do...
Of course the dealer says "bring it up" - Not a "dealer" kind of guy, nor am i spending more money for them to work on it (just spend 20K).

Forgive me if I offer some really stupid advice, but here goes.
I won't insult you by asking if the Run/Off switch is in the proper position on the right handlebar. You didn't say if you have the security system on your bike. If you do, try plugging in your PIN number and see if the bike starts that way. My SG Special has an issue with the antenna on the security system, and it does pretty much what yours is doing. A new antenna is on the way.
you can bypass the primary starting system by removing the green wire from the starter solenoid- just pull it off the terminal
and use a jumper wire from the battery + to the terminal on the solenoid.
it should then crank ( don't worry about it starting just yet)
if not, you have a problem with battery or cable
if it does crank, then your problem could be the fuses, starter and system relays, wiring to the hand controls etc.
once we get it cranking, then we can worry about it starting
I don't have a '14 wiring diagram, don't know if the yamaha-sation of the 14 has incorporated neutral, jiffy stand switch, clutch switch, seat belt and airbag warning interlocks.

It will not crank at all - Yes the on switch was on, and both fobs were tried. The ONLY thing that was done was the whole front fearing was taken apart to have the inner painted (gauges, radio, etc) were unplugged. The battery is brand new, and not dead, and was never unplugged prior to unplugging the gauges.
