Default Razor Tour Pack=Relocating HD Short Antenna ?

I'm purchasing a Razor Tour Pack this week and my concern is having to move the antenna on my 2012 SG. I'd rather keep it there. I have the short HD antenna. I know that if I go with a Solo Tour Pack mount I would be OK with the antenna but I'm considering a 2up mount. And want to leave the antenna where it is. Advice or thoughts ?

I left mine right where it is. I just loosened up the bracket and rotated it farther back so angled back out the bike more. You may be able to see it in my signature picture. Still works great.

I went with the antenna relocation, and like it just fine.

I cut mine short enough to just clear the razor. Still get reception. Not that it got good reception in the first place. Mainly iPod listener

That's a good idea. I could cut the stock whip antenna down and put the rubber tip on it. I primarily use my IPod/Nano most of time also but occasionally go to FM.

I got rid of the antenna altogether and went with a in-fairing setup. Looks much better, and still get good reception.

I ran mine up the saddlebag support up to the frame then ran it towards the front of the bike along the frame. Ziptied it to everything and it works pretty good. Probably lost a little signal but not enough to care and it was free and it is unseen.
