I had a similar problem a few years back and it turned out that I had parked the front dunlop on an extension cord over the winter and it actually made a minor dent in the tire, after about15 miles all gone and smooth as usual!
20W50 motorcycle oil (any brand) in the engine.
75W80 or 80W90 gear oil (any brand) in the trans.
10W40 with non friction modifiers (any brand) in the primary.
Not trying to hijack the thread or anything, but anyone that is using Syn3 in their bikes. Do you guys use the same in all three holes? If not what are you doing or what do you suggest, I'm just about ready to do the 1000 mile service and switching to synthetic for sure.
