I didnt see what year or model bike you have but do what makes you happy. I have a Street Glide fender with Road King light bar(because i prefer the flat lens) on my Electra Glide. It may not be for everyone but Im happy with it.

I'm in the middle of that project now. Have a 10' EG LTD putting on a 11'SG fender with lights that I found on the forum for $400 with lights and plate holder. Hopefully UPS comes today. Bike is in pieces waiting and it's going to be great weather this weekend.

I gave my 2010 Road King rear the look of a 2009 Street Glide.
Kept the center light, and upgraded to all Custom Dynamics LED's because I want to be seen.

Sorry, I disagree. You can only do what everyone else wants and likes. Hence, the purchase of an SG.
