Was looking over the bike today.
Just about every cog on my belt is half torn off.
Looking at the top portion of the belt, the cogs are tore loose from the front.
Any idea what caused the cogs to tear loose this way?
Thanks.
Bike has 50,000 miles on it.
Replacing both pulleys and belt.
Also everything in the primary is getting replaced.
Should be good for another 50K plus miles.
Dealer said it failed from mileage and higher HP motor.

That's what comes from riding on the ragged edge all the time!
OP, the swingarm comes off ( as does the primary drive).
this is the time to replace the swingarm bushings, maybe tranny main seal...they are already there so the cost of labor is zero.
look at replacing the clutch disks and maybe steels.
