Amen, I have 90,000 miles of grasshopper "hits" on my 8" LRS Ultra, still perfect for looking over. It gets covered by bugs every trip, 99.9% of the bugs end up on the shield or are directed over my head. I can't imagine looking through a shield when it's always covered by bugs...
